Practical information

The DRAKKAR workshop will be held in Grenoble from January 30th (morning) to February 1st (early afternoon), with online access to certain parts of the workshop for remote participants.

Registered participants will have access to a shared folder with all the presentation material before the workshop. 

The workshop agenda combines 5 types of sessions : :

[1] keynote talks sessions. Gustavo Marques, Abigael Bodner, and Nathan Beech will present their recently published work during 25-30min keynote talks followed by 15 min of Q&A. 

[2] short talks + questions&answers (Q&A) sessions. These sessions will include five 5-min presentations followed by a 20-minute Q&A slot.

[3] Poster sessions. Posters from all on-site speakers (and from other attendees) will be displayed for in-depth discussions with on-site participants.

[4] Plenary discussion sessions. These sessions will be organized and will be guided by discussion chairs, who will also summarize the discussions in the workshop closing session.

[5] On-site activities. On-site activity sessions will take place every morning. You will be asked to contact the organizers and register ahead of the workshop to participate.

- On-site participants will be able to participate in all sessions.

- Online participants will have access to sessions [1] and [2] only, due to logistical constraints.
